About the Shippensburg Symphony Festival Series: The Shippensburg Festival is an annual summer series of three concerts featuring artists of international renown. On hiatus since 2020 due to the pandemic, the festival returns in 2023 with three fantastic concerts. See full festival information here.

The Shippensburg Festival Celebration Series is made possible by the Dr. Jean V. Johnston Memorial Fund established with the Shippensburg University Foundation. She recognized Shippensburg University’s important role in setting the cultural tone of the region. This endowed fund is for the benefit of the Shippensburg University Festival Orchestra summer concert series to bring world-class musicians and programming to the H.
